Yeah! [ unfortunately this planet and affection week means this is probably the most enthused about anything kazuki's seen him be. ] Yeah, definitely. There's that whole mall, so I'm going to see what I can pick up. If anything there's probably stuff I can buy just to scrap for parts in the first place, even if I'm planning on checking out the auction, too. I know what we're supposed to be focused on, but it can't hurt to look, right?

Hey, they said they're giving us a lot of cash for that, right? I don't see why you couldn't use what's leftover for something of your own. I feel like we all deserve that after how this whole tour's gone.

That's a good point, too. Guess it's gonna depend on what's actually available and what the price is. If it's too high, not like I can bid even higher. But you're not wrong either. We definitely deserve something just to keep going.

I think I want to get a better look at it. It's gotta be powerful if it's something we "need", you know? I'm curious about its full capabilities.

Same, I want to know more about it. I've heard about something like it from, like, movies? But never in real life.

But they should be letting us try things out, right? So that we know what we're in for.

Yeah, it's popular in science fiction a lot of the time because it's usually tied to...infinite power and time. Generally speaking it's just a four-dimensional cube, but it still opens up the concept of a separate level and circumventing limitations.

But you're right. We should be able to test stuff. Why would anyone bid on something they don't know they'll be able to use?

...If that's the case, it doesn't sound like something that anyone should have. But if we got it, maybe we could use it to revive people?

It's a thought. [ ... ] If anything, it's probably better to have it in our hands than let it fall to someone else who might use it for worse purposes.

...I trust Scien's judgment not to completely screw all of us over, at any rate. But I don't disagree about Sora. She kinda creeped me out when she was alive.

I just feel like he'd find some "scientific" excuse for it, is all.

...I never disliked her, but she was always a little weird. But attacking someone like she did was crossing a line.

[ he won't disagree. he's aware his feelings about scien are very different, but he also can't deny there is that possibility. ]

The minute she started asking me about Roboji with the idea of potentially utilizing him herself was the minute I was wary of her. But...yeah. Knowing how that situation turned out didn't really inspire confidence in me either.

She did what? [ yikes. he had no idea. ] Yeah, let's not give someone like that access to infinite power.

It was, like, our first weekend here. I wouldn't have minded explaining if she wasn't a complete stranger but people barely know about my robots back home to begin with. So...for the best it's not likely something with power gets to her.

I mean, I wanted to ask questions, too, but not like that. [ weird. ] We're on the same page there, at least. Just makes you wonder what her deal is.

You think even if we'd ask she'd tell us the truth?
