Yeah. It makes it both easier and harder to deal with, I think. We know it's not their fault, but it's still happening.

And it doesn't change how bad it feels for them, even if they didn't choose it. Which isn't fair.

It's all by design. Nobody's meant to win here, and I don't know if it's meant to make us mad at each other but that was never gonna really happen. You can't paint someone as a villain when...I don't know. Things were out of their control or even if someone were to defend themselves.

We haven't hit that situation yet, but...we should keep an open mind for that option. Just in case.

I do, too. But I think we're in a much better position by thinking of things this way than by letting them go unnoticed.
