It's...probably supposed to be a precaution, and we should probably be grateful for the warning this time, but considering how last week went I'm not holding my breath on this being a good thing. Not until tomorrow morning.
[ a pause as kazuki just looks extremely unsettled. but his eyes seem to settle on something - though if shoma looks, there's nothing there - and he takes a deep breath. ]
[ this is a mood. he's tracking where kazuki's gaze is going though, mostly monitoring quietly but not pushing for anything. ]

[ there's a blink. he's half-tempted to ask for elaboration but he figures answering the actual question is better. ]
Mizuki and I are going to be with a couple of other people, I think. That's the plan for right now. A few of us were talking last weekend about how this might be a possibility again and started thinking it through early.

[ the look on his face is somewhat complicated with that. it's equal parts thoughtful and anger, and it's quick to flit away and reduce itself down to something unsurprised and unamused.

I don't know exactly how it was supposed to go. Right after they brought out their so-called prospects and started the whole thing, Owner-san stabbed the announcer in front of everyone. All hell broke loose after that.
Bad. Everyone panicked, there was some kind of explosion? The glass around the atrium broke and the vines and pollen started to get to everyone. I got trapped in a tunnel. Apparently Owner-san lost an arm? I don't know.
Mission debriefing, yeah. That makes sense. But sure...I'll try. I don't know how much good I'd be on a mission so they'll probably go with somebody more capable, but it's good advice for all of us if this is going to be a thing now.
