Like you're coming out of a fog or something. Maybe I can try and make myself remember if this happens again, and try and get a headcount in first thing...
When this inevitably happens again...we could always, like, try to barricade the door or be sure to sleep in front of it? Then we can at least have a better chance of getting an accurate headcount. Or try to, anyway.
… Mm, but if whoever kills starts where we are or comes into where we’re sleeping, we’ll already have been moved.
[ they didn’t sleep by the door, but if someone from where they were sleeping (looks into the camera like i’m in the office) had killed, they left and returned without anyone knowing. ]
Then a physical barricade. If we place objects there and leave something small that'll show signs of movement, we can at least determine it that way. Like water or something.
Or dye or something. Set it up above a door and then it drops down when someone comes in. And if we set it off because it wasn't triggered the night before, then there'll be witnesses.
He's smart, so that doesn't surprise me. [ me looking to see when this was and no we don't know he's a murderer yet. ] The real trick is also gonna be setting something up before anybody notices so that they can't just disable it before coming or going.
Maybe we should just work solo and see what we come up with. Not that I don't think you couldn't come up with something good, but if one of us got roped into this we'd avoid our own trap.
I guess the problem would be if you set it up in the room you’re in, you’ll have to do it while you’re in there. If the killer’s someone in the room with you, they’d know.
Right...it'd have to be a trap that you could set up earlier when nobody was around but only triggered under certain circumstances. And those are a lot harder than just setting a bucket over the door or something dumb like that.
Like the— [ he makes a motion, his hand hitting his other hand and then the other hand makes a sweeping motion. like the first steps of a rube goldberg. thank you ghost trick for teaching me about rube goldberg machines. ]— machine?
It's just the idea. You can make silent machines, it just depends a lot on the materials. I bet you could hide stuff inside a room's decor and have one thing set off the chain without drawing attention.
Maybe just a drop or two under the handles so that when it's touched it stains no matter what. [ this is mumbled to himself as he appears to be thinking out loud. ]
I won't say no to other suggestions. But I'll think it over.

I'm not gonna make any promises though.

Eunhyuk suggested something like it too.

If you want to do the Rube Goldberg, that is.

Back to the drawing board then. I'll put some more thought into it.

I’ll leave it up to you want you do with it, if you decide to try it.
